The Town of Smiths Falls is pleased to announce the official ribbon cutting of the community’s new Water Tower, marking a major milestone in strengthening and modernizing the Town’s water infrastructure.

This significant project was made possible in part through funding from the Investing in Canada Infrastructure Program Green Infrastructure Funding Stream. Public Notice - Start Time of December 15th Council Meetings

As per Section 7.5 of the Town’s Procedural Bylaw, notice is hereby given of the change of start time for the December 15th Council Meetings.

Public Meetings for the Heritage District Study and the Community Improvement Plan to commence at 5PM.

A Special Committee of the Whole and the Regular Meeting of Council will commence immediately following.

Water Meter Replacement Program The Town of Smiths Falls has contracted Neptune Technology Group (Neptune) to replace older residential water meters. Residents will receive an introductory letter from the Town. If your meter requires replacement, you will receive a letter from Neptune. Not all meters require replacement.
