Water Main Break Notice
Market Street is currently closed between Main Street East and Chambers Street due to a water main break. The Town of Smiths Falls Utilities Department is on site working to correct the issue. While Town water remains safe to drink, you may experience fluctuations in water pressure or notice discoloration in your home while works are taking place. If possible, please limit water use while Utilities Staff correct the issue. We recommend checking your water for discolouration before using it to wash light coloured clothing. Repairs are expected to be completed by 11:30 PM tonight.
