Stay Connected – Sign Up for E-Billing Today!With the ongoing Canada Post strike, the Town wants to ensure you continue receiving your water bills quickly and securely.
Please note that bills will not be hand-delivered during the strike.We encourage all residents to sign up for e-billing — a fast, convenient, and environmentally friendly way to receive your statements directly by email. 
How to Sign Up Visit smithsfalls.ca/e-billing to register. You’ll need your PIN # for both water and property taxes:
Water billing PIN: Call 613-283-4124 ext. 1149 or email kcode@smithsfalls.ca
Property tax PIN: Check your last bill

If you prefer, paper copies can be picked up at Town Hall during business hours. For inquiries, including retrieval of your current balance, please email eleach@smithsfalls.ca or call 613-283-4124 Ext. 0. Payments can be made by cash, cheque, or debit at Town Hall Monday to Friday during regular business hours, by cheque through the 24-hour locked drop box, or through your bank.Thank you for your cooperation and understanding as we work to maintain smooth service during this disruption.
