SF Local Image

The Smiths Falls & District Chamber of Commerce, in partnership with the Town of Smiths Falls and the Downtown Smiths Falls Business Association, is excited to announce the return of the award-winning SF Local Subscription Boxes, now better than ever! Just in time for Mother's Day, these curated boxes offer the perfect opportunity to celebrate local craftsmanship while treating yourself or a loved one to a truly memorable experience.

“Our SF Local Subscription Boxes aren't just full of amazing finds from local artisans and shops—they also give back.” said Leslie Richardson, Executive Director of the Smiths Falls and District Chamber of Commerce. “Every dollar from your box goes straight to supporting our beloved Smiths Falls businesses. The program previously sold 300 boxes and generated over $35,000 in direct revenue to local retailers.”

Discover the Charm of Local Artisans Each SF Local Subscription Box is thoughtfully crafted with handpicked items from local shops and artisans, showcasing the incredible talent of our community. Expect a delightful surprise with every delivery, from artisanal soaps and handcrafted jewelry to gourmet treats and unique home goods. Whether you're indulging yourself or sharing the joy with someone special, these boxes offer a taste of the creativity and excellence that define Smiths Falls.

Subscription Options The SF Local Subscription Boxes are available as quarterly editions in Spring, Summer, Fall, and Winter. Subscribers can personalize their preferences to ensure each box is tailored to their tastes and needs and choose a single box or opt for an annual subscription.

Support Local, Celebrate Creativity By purchasing an SF Local Subscription Box, you are directly supporting small businesses and artisans in our community. 100% of the subscription box proceeds will go directly back to businesses. Ongoing support of our local businesses and artisans will continue to build a thriving, vibrant community.

The SF Local subscription boxes were a great shop local initiative during Covid.  The revived initiative will replace the Merry and Bright Christmas Box program and continue to strengthen the partnership between our three organizations, who work together to support our local business community.” said Julia Crowder, Manager of Economic development and Tourism.” Now residents and visitors can get a curated box of local finds, not just at the holidays but all year round.” She added.
