Road Closure: Elm Street East from Jasper Avenue to River Street will be closed on Wednesday, May 17, 2023. The Town of Smiths Falls will be replacing a water/sewer service. The street will be closed at 7:30 a.m. and is expected to reopen by 4:00 p.m.
