📢 Community Announcement: New Municipal Water Tower has Risen!

We are pleased to announce that the water tank portion of our new municipal water tower has been hoisted to the top of the tower column, a major step forward in ensuring reliable, high-quality water service for our growing community.

 

This state-of-the-art structure will enhance water pressure, support future development, and improve emergency water supply and fire protection capabilities. The Town would like to recognize and thank the Province for it’s financial contribution in the amount of $1,666,500, as well as the Federal Government for it’s financial contribution of $2,000,000, both through the Investing in Canada Infrastructure Program, in support of this project. The Town also thanks staff at EVB Engineering (consultant), Landmark Structures (contractor) and municipal staff for making this project possible.
