    WHEREAS Pink Shirt Day is observed annually on the last Wednesday of February to raise awareness of anti-bullying efforts while calling attention to the prevalence of bullying in our communities; and

  • Road Closure: Percy Street
    Update - February 18, 2025
    The water main break on Percy Street has been successfully repaired. Water service has been restored, and traffic control measures have been removed.
  • Media Release: Facilities Closure

    Due to the Winter Storm Warning issued by Environment and Climate Change Canada, all Town facilities, which include Town Hall, the Memorial Community Centre (closed until 2 PM only to accommodate afternoon/evening programming) and the Child Development Centres (including the before/after programming) will be closed on Thursday, February 13, 2025.

    The first draft of the 2025 budget, which outlines proposed service delivery costs and capital projects for the upcoming year, was presented to Council during its meetings on December 9 & 16, 2024.
