  • Safety Notice - February 25, 2025

    The Town has received reports of children playing /sledding & building tunnels in snowbanks located in parking lots in various locations throughout the community. We would like to remind residents to please stay off these hills.

  • Fire Reported at Smiths Falls Public Works Garage

    On February 21, 2025 the Smiths Falls Fire Department responded to a call at the Smiths Falls Public Works Garage on Air Care Drive. Upon arrival, it was confirmed that there was a large fire located within the Public Works Garage.

  • Media Release: Facilities Closure

    Due to the Winter Storm Warning issued by Environment and Climate Change Canada, all Town facilities, which include Town Hall, the Memorial Community Centre (closed until 2 PM only to accommodate afternoon/evening programming) and the Child Development Centres (including the before/after programming) will be closed on Thursday, February 13, 2025.
