Winter Parking Restrictions Reminder

Due to the upcoming forecast, residents are reminded that winter parking restrictions are in effect between 12:00 a.m. (midnight) and 7:00 a.m. until March 31st, 2025. It is important to keep vehicles off the streets and out of Town owned parking lots during the restricted hours to allow the Town time to complete snow clearing operations.

Vehicles parked during the restricted hours may be issued a ticket and/or towed at the owner’s expense. Overnight Parking Permits are available for the municipal lot located at the corner of Market Street and William Street. Permits can be purchased online at smithsfalls.ops-com.com or at the Town Hall.

Please use caution when winter driving. Remember to slow down, leave space between vehicles and give yourself extra time to get to your destination.
