Water Meter Replacement Program

The Town of Smiths Falls has contracted Neptune Technology Group (Neptune) to replace older residential water meters. Residents will receive an introductory letter from the Town.

If your meter requires replacement, you will receive a letter from Neptune. Not all meters require replacement. Please do not contact Neptune before receiving your letter.

New meters improve accuracy, detect leaks sooner, and support conservation. There is no cost to homeowners; participation is mandatory under Town By-Law No. 8712-2014.
