A Mental Health Pandemic Helpline is now open. Any member of our community who is experiencing difficulties coping with their mental health, or anyone who is looking for strategies to improve their emotional well being, during the COVID-19 Pandemic, is encouraged to call.
The helpline will be open from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. Monday through Thursday, and from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Friday. Anyone wishing to connect with a mental health professional can do so, by calling our toll-free number: 1-833-283-9979.
