NOTICE OF STATUTORY PUBLIC MEETING

COMPREHENSIVE ZONING BY-LAW REVIEW

 TAKE NOTICE that the Planning Advisory Committee of the Town of Smiths Falls will hold a virtual Statutory Public Meeting on the 26th day of May, 2022 at 5:00 PM to consider revisions and provide input on the Final Draft Comprehensive Zoning By-law under Section 34 of the Planning Act.

As the proposed Comprehensive Zoning By-law applies to the entire geographic area of the Town of Smiths Falls, no key map has been provided.

VIRTUAL MEETING LOGIN INFORMATION MAY BE OBTAINED BY CONTACTING THE SENIOR PLANNER AS OUTLINED BELOW.

TAKE NOTICE that if you wish to be notified of the decision of the Town of Smiths Falls in respect of the proposed Comprehensive Zoning By-law, you must make a written request to the Clerk’s Office, 77 Beckwith Street North, P.O. Box 695, Smiths Falls, Ontario, K7A 4T6.MEETING PARTICIPATION AND ADDITIONAL INFORMATION AND TECHNICAL REPORTS relating to proposed Comprehensive Zoning By-law are available electronically, and may be obtained by contacting the Senior Planner during regular office hours Monday to Friday 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
