Children’s day camps offered at the Smiths Falls Heritage House Museum
The Smiths Falls Heritage House Museum is excited to offer two separate weeklong Children’s Day Camps this summer in accordance with the guidelines provided by the Ontario Ministry of Health. These camps are for ages six to 12.
The July camp will run from July 19 to July 23 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. The August camp will run from Aug. 16 to Aug. 20 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Both camps will cost $150 per child and there are only 15 spaces available each week. These camps will operate mainly outdoors.
Day camp activities will include performances by Junkyard Symphony, science kits, splash pad visits, activities, scavenger hunts, crafts and more! Themes for July include: Shipwrecked, Eco-Friendly Fun, Harry Potter, Time Travel Treasure Hunters and an End of Camp Party. August themes are: Garden Party, Storybook Soiree, The Amazing Race, Mad Science, and an End of Camp Party.
The Smiths Falls Heritage House Museum is committed to providing a safe and healthy environment for children, families, and employees. The museum will be following the Covid-19 Safety Guideline For Day Camps as outlined in the document published by the Ontario ministry of Health.
The museum will take every reasonable precaution to prevent the risk of communicable diseases. It is up to your discretion to send a child to the day camp.
