Sealed Tenders will be received by the Town in envelopes, clearly marked as “Tender No. 09-UES-019, Replacement and Upgrade of Traffic Signals Controller Upgrades in the Town of Smiths Falls, by the Clerk, at her office in the Town Hall, P.O. Box 695, 77 Beckwith Street North, Smiths Falls, Ontario, until 11:00 a.m. local time on:
