Quotations will be received in sealed envelopes clearly marked as to contents. This Quotation should be delivered to the Office of the Clerk, by 3:00 p.m., Friday September 4, 2009. If delivery is made by e-mail or fax, please phone to confirm receipt at Town Hall.

The lowest or any quote will not necessarily be accepted.
Quotations received after the closing time shall not be considered, but shall be returned to the supplier unopened and the supplier shall be advised that the quotation was received late.
The quotation must be legible, written in ink or type written. The official signing on behalf of the supplier must initial erasures, overwriting or strike¬outs.
Alternative proposals shall not be considered unless requested.
