Rideau Valley Conservation Authority's Shoreline Naturalization Program

Commuter Bus Option Now Available!

LCT is currently operating Commuter Bus service from Carleton Place to Ottawa. The Town of Smiths Falls encourages commuters to take advatage of this service. Parking is available at the Carleton Place Arena. The Town of Smiths Falls has stated its support and interest in participation. Smiths Falls participation will be addressed when the Carleton Place to Ottawa "Green Corridor" is functional. The Town of Smiths Falls has stated its support and interest in participation. Smiths Falls Shuttle Bus

The Town of Smiths Falls is pleased to announce the Smiths Falls Shuttle Bus will be starting this Friday, July 2nd through Sunday, September 5th. The Shuttle will run Friday, Saturday in a continuous Loop from 12:00 p.m. until 4:00 p.m. On Sunday’s the Shuttle Bus will start at 1:00 p.m.

Applicants must be residents/property owners in the Town of Smiths Falls, at least 18 years of age and Canadian Citizens. Individuals are being sought for the this Committee for a term ending November 30th, 2010. There are a limited number of members required for this committee.
