Meals on Wheels Volunteer

Duration: One to One and a half hours
Meals on Wheels are delivered Monday through Friday over the noon hour in Smiths Falls and area. We have openings on Wednesday, Thursday and Fridays.If you have an hour or so a week to spare, we would be pleased to hear from you.

Duration: whatever you are comfortable with
REAL is always looking for volunteers. Some work in the REAL Deal store e.g receiving and weighing incoming goods, sorting merchandise, or as carpenter or handyperson. Other jobs in the organizations include: distributing newsletters and brochures, providing website or computer expertise, and participating on committees or our board.
