Center of Photographic Excellence
The Center of Photographic Excellence is a collaborative effort between the Town of Smiths Falls and internationally celebrated SIGMA Master Photographer Crombie McNeill. Recognized as being one of the top 100 photographers in the world, Mr. McNeill brings a lifetime of photographic excellence to the partnership.
The community will act as a center for hosting a variety of seasonal workshops and an "Excellence in Photography" Conference which is now being planned for the early fall of 2011.
