Operation of the Town Hall is based on a Chief Administrative Officer (C.A.O.) structure. CAO Wayne Brown oversees administration of the Town with the assistance of two Directors who oversee the various departments.
The Director of Administrative and Planning Services is Elaine Mallory (ext. 1109), emallory@smithsfalls.ca.
